BAR BUT is born to be a local neighbourhood and for the neighbourhood.

We bet and select the raw material with which we work. Our kitchen revolves around the “low temperature”.

This is a culinary technique to cook the products in a non-aggressive way. With this technique we manage to enhance the aromas and flavours of the products, as well as a softer texture in the mouth.

For this, the products are cooked in long periods of time (from 20 minutes to 14 hours, depending on the product) and temperatures ranging from 60º to 85º, depending on the product we work and the result we want to give.
